When we relaunched back in June, we wanted to bring a brand-new Fuel Hub experience to your dinner table. That’s why today we’re introducing our new Gluten & Dairy free meal ranges: the same delicious restaurant quality meals, but even healthier than before!

Last week, we highlighted the physical and mental health benefits of limiting your gluten intake in your diet. We’re now happy to introduce to you our new expanding range of dishes!

With inspiration from across the globe, Fuel Hub have developed a range of new delicious meal prep that’s packed with nutritious, as well as some new international dishes alongside our new Executive Chef James Yates. From Tex-Mex to Eastern Africa and beyond, you don’t want to miss these new meals on the menu rotation!

A taste of the globe in our new meat dishes…

Our customers absolutely love our Peri-Peri Chicken and Halloumi and our Spicy Beef Noodles offerings. So that’s why we’re bringing you even more tasty offerings with the help of our Development Team and James!

Packed with protein, our Chicken Fajita Bowl with Black Beans and Wholegrain Rice (pictured above) delivers a healthy spin on the Tex-Mex classic, while giving you a great source of fibre to help improve gut health.

Crossing over to Africa, our Spicy Beef & Peanut Stew with Smoky Roasted Wedges offers you with a creamy kick while being a great meal for muscle protein due to its high protein content. It is also a great meal to aid your body in controlling your blood sugar!

Pescatarian Offerings

Our fish dishes have been incredibly popular over the past few months. From our Salmon dishes that are packed with Omega 3, to our King Prawn “fakeaway” dishes providing healthier takeaway-style meals at lower costs!

Bringing a ‘hot’ new take on our salmon dishes, our Rose Harissa & Lemon Salmon with Chickpeas brings rustic colours to your dinner table on it’s bed of Tomato and Kale salad. This dish, which contains high levels of Vitamin B, Omega 3 and Protein is ideal for people looking to manage their weight.

Our development chef Jordan has also served up two new pescatarian dishes which are all gluten and dairy free! Our Baked Cod with Salsa Verde and Roasted Lemon & Dill Salmon both sit on top of crushed new potatoes with a side of vegetables.

Our Roasted Salmon & Quinoa Salad is a great dish served cold that’s packed with nutrition. Alongside that we’ve got our vegetarian Bang Bang Cauliflower and our Paprika Chicken & Chorizo, both gluten and dairy free too!
