Refund policy


We hope you enjoy our products but sometimes refunds are required. Please read the information below for FuelHub’s returns policies:


If there is a fault or issue with any of our products please contact us at customerservice@fuelhub.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.


If you’ve changed your mind:

Orders can be cancelled up until 5 days before delivery. Once an order has moved into our production process, it cannot be cancelled and is fully chargeable.

Our products are perishable and we are therefore unable to allow take returns of orders opened or unopened. If you require further assistance please contact us at hello@fuelhub.co.uk


If you don’t like the product:

We sincerely hope you like our products but if they’re not to your taste please contact us on customerservice@fuelhub.co.uk and we’ll try to help you make them work for you. Please note, opened products are not returnable and should safely be disposed of and packaging recycled where possible.


Refunds:

Please note shipping costs are non-refundable unless an error has been made by FuelHub.
