HOW IT WORKS:

  1. Buy a gift card for a friend or loved one, that can be redeemed against a subscription, a one-time meal prep box, or a taster box.
  2. We send the gift card via email to yourself or the recipient, at a date and time of your choice.
  3. The recipient can redeem using their unique gift card code at checkout, to save money on an order.

FAQs

How do I redeem my gift card?

All gift cards are redeemed via the email sent to the chosen email address by the buyer. The email will contain a unique code that can be inputted at checkout.

Is there an expiry date?

Gift cards are valid for 12 months starting from the date of purchase.

I didn’t receive my gift card email?

Please check your spam/junk folder. If you still can’t find the email, reach out to our customer service team and they can assist – customerservice@fuelhub.co.uk

Is the gift card refundable?

The gift card is not refundable and neither is any remaining credit.
