This week, we teamed up with our friends over at Matchroom Boxing to provide nutritional support throughout the Jack Catterall v Arnold Barboza Jr fight week.
We kicked things off on Monday evening at the Co-Op Live in Manchester, for In The Community Live, which saw youngsters aged 10-16 from across Manchester come together to celebrate boxing in the community. FuelHub were there to provide nutritious snacks and educate the youngsters on the importance of nutrition.
On Thursday, we were back at the Co-Op Live for the final press conference ahead of the Catterall/BarbozaJr fight, to keep Eddie Hearn and Matchroom staff fuelled throughout the day with high protein, macro-controlled meals.
Yesterday morning, we were at the Matchroom Fight Day 5k - an event designed to bring the boxing and running communities together. After the race, FuelHub was on hand to refuel runners with a selection of nutritious snacks, including banana bread and burritos ensuring they stayed energised post-run.
To add to the excitement, we hosted a pull-up challenge, putting competitors’ upper body strength to the test. Two winners walked away with an incredible prize - a month’s supply of FuelHub meals - after completing the most pull-ups in just 30 seconds!
We then rounded off an incredible week with ringside seats for the Catterall/Barboza Jr fight last night. As usual on fight night, we powered all the Matchroom staff with nutritious, macro-controlled meals to keep them performing at their best.
